CPPA stands for (Club penguin pirate army)  CPPA was made May 6th 2009 by Rkjcbo and Lillypad1512. CPPA had a fight over the ClubPenguin server Bobsled the fight was won over the DN Dark Ninjas who we are still fighting today.
